What We Provide

Cedar Lodge provides a Level III.5 – Clinically Managed High Intensity Residential Program and a Prevention Program.

Level III.5 – Clinically Managed High Intensity Residential Program
The Level III.5 – Clinically Managed High Intensity Residential Program provides the chemically dependent person the opportunity to obtain stabilization in a structured therapeutic environment and to gain the necessary life skills to live a sober and productive life.

The treatment program normally lasts from two to three weeks and consists of group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, and active participation in 12-Steps support groups. Assistance with G.E.D. work is provided, if needed. Candidates for the Level III.5 – Clinically Managed High Intensity Residential Program must be 19 years of age or older and have a primary diagnosis of chemical dependence. A candidate must be sober for at least seventy-two hours prior to admission. This is an intensive, voluntary treatment setting designed to help create a foundation on which the chemically dependent person can build a life changing recovery program, which is an ongoing process. The admission fee for the Level III.5 – Clinically Managed High Intensity Residential Program is $300.00. A standardized psycho-social assessment is a prerequisite to treatment.

Substance Abuse Prevention Program
Preventive services are provided as a part of the Mountain Lakes Substance Abuse Program. Prevention activities focus on teaching life skills to both children and adults. Children’s workshops focus on using a variety of activities to encourage children to develop self-respect and respect for others. Adult workshops include parenting classes, stress-management and general workshops on alcoholism and addiction.
